We're looking for a IT Systems Admin to join our team in Cairo, Egypt.
Job Responsibilities:
* Work as part of a team in designing, implementing, and supporting current and future systems.Perform technical tasks related to the installation and maintenance of server/desktop hardware and software.
* Configuration management of Windows and Linux systems using automated tools & scripts.
* Assist in maintaining various infrastructures services like VMWare, Active Directory, SQL server, Telephony, DNS, SAN storage, MDM, Backups and replication.Troubleshoot and resolve system issues experienced by end-users.
* Review and assist with business continuity process and procedures.
* Lead and drive small projects to completion and participate in requirements gathering and definition.
* Interact with hardware vendors to assure timely resolution to any issues and make occasional data center visits.
* Create and maintain full documentation of all policies, practices, and installation procedures.
* Participate in on-call and emergency support of production systems and services.
Job Qualifications:
* B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
* 4+ years' experience building virtual machines.
* Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role.
* Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms Linux, Redhat a must.
* Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
* Adept with training class administration preferred.
* Excellent communication skills.
