Today, we are recruiting for 'Talent Acquisition Professional" for Siemens
Mobility Egypt to Join our Regional Talent Acquisition team based out of Cairo

Job Summary:


Develops, proposes, and implements talent acquisition (TA) policies, methods,
processes, or programs, and advises managers accordingly for Siemens Mobility
organization.
In your role, you will be responsible for the Talent Acquisition activities
within the High-Speed Train Project of Egypt and that might extend to support
the MEA region TA activities.
This role is part of Siemens Mobility Regional Talent Acquisition team based
out of Cairo supporting Egypt, Saudi, Turkey & UAE.
The TA Professional must understand, model, and represent Siemens Mobility
employment value proposition. He/she will identify opportunities to build
applicant pools, establish trust and partnerships with the managers, identify
potential "fit" through effective interviewing and testing methods,
effectively handle the interviewing, offering, and onboarding process, and
ensure a positive new hire experience as well as hiring manager experience.
Developing and executing recruitment plans and strategies are main
responsibilities to ensure hiring goals are met with the best possible talent.

Your Role - International, Challenging and Future-Oriented!
* Advise leaders, hiring managers on position descriptions, requisition creation, compensation, and sourcing strategies.
* Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
* Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as resume & phone screens, candidate interviews, recommend final selection of applicants and close qualified candidates.
* Arrange pre-employment testing, background & references screenings. Evaluation and input of our current vendors
* Place and update all job postings in various Medias including internet/intranet sites, colleges, social networks
* Give presentations at colleges, attend student group meetings, and increase college awareness of the company before and after career fairs
* Create offer letters, maintain applicant tracking system, recruiting reports and other staffing administration functions as needed.
* Continuously develop networks/partnerships to actively build database/pipeline of candidates and the ATS company brand.
* Cooperates with and advises P&O operations and P&O business partners or line management in related matters.
* Plans and implements projects to improve recruiting processes, candidate experience and employer branding.
Your Qualifications and Skills - Digital and Solid!
* Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant major
* ‎4-‎6 years of talent acquisition experience
* Experienced achieved working in Multinational or Medium to large Company in a similar role.
* Solid understanding of staffing principles, laws, procedures and a solid working knowledge of recruitment/employment programs.
* Proven knowledge of various recruiting techniques, and experience in online/social media recruiting.
* Ideal candidate will have experience and/or exposure in the assigned area of responsibility, preferably in Project business and Blue Collars hiring
* Proven ability to communicate and optimally "sell" an organization's value proposition.
* Must possess excellent oral/written communication, marketing, presentation, interviewing and interpersonal skills.
* Strong digital literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and most meaningfully Applicant Tracking Systems.
* Native Arabic and Fluent English language are a must
* Solid customer service, negotiation skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels throughout the company.
* Self-starter with excellent time management, multi-tasking, and social skills.
* Strong work ethic and sense of integrity, trustworthiness, and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
* Creative in brainstorming and proposing new ideas and solutions to existing problems.
* Willing and able to travel occasionally, including overnight travel.
