Today, we are recruiting for Executive Assistant position to Join our team
in Egypt. This is an excellent career opportunity for talented professionals

What are my responsibilities?
* Coordinate complex calendars, prioritize requests, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
* Primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders including international visitors, customers, and key leaders
* Assist in controlling and analyzing financial reports on quarterly basis for the project management.
* Assist in budgeting and forecasting process.
* Generate monthly performance and inventory reports for management.
* Plan meetings and workshops, including assisting in the preparation of presentations, preparing agendas, managing invitations, tracking attendees, organizing rooms, and other necessary equipment or logistics. You play an active part in facilitating these meetings & workshops and compile the results and the minutes with action items in a timely manner.
* Organize business trips (flight, hotel reservations, visas, etc.) and handling travel expense reports for the Regional CFO
* Support project planning, milestone tracking and following up with key stakeholders.
* Support the company's Regional CFO in (office management, organization of external and internal meetings, arranging seamless office operations, business trips settling, keeping the database of contracts and signatory authorizations, etc.)
* Working independently, you will draw up and design presentations tailored to specific target groups and will interact eloquently with these target groups
* Process purchase orders and support invoice processing and accounts payable reconciliation in compliance with internal guidelines
What do I need to qualify for this job?
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant majors
* Experience as an assistant to Senior leadership and in interacting with internal and external executives
* Working in a multicultural team and show strong cultural awareness.
* Proficient in the use of MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Fluent in English and Arabic
* Excellent interpersonal and organization skills
