The Role of Housekeeping Floor Supervisor
Reporting to the Director of Housekeeping, you will be responsible for
supporting the department Leadership team in coordinating the Room Attendants'
work on the floors. You will ensure all guest rooms meet the highest standards
as set by Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and you will oversee the housekeeping
team working on the rooms while conducting detailed inspections of their work
so to ensure room and suite is prepared in a timely manner. You will handle
guest interactions and requests with the highest level of hospitality and
professionalism, always ensuring their expectations are met.
Our Ideal Housekeeping Floor Supervisor candidate will have
At least 2 years of experience in the role with proven professional experience
within a luxury Housekeeping department. You will have a very good knowledge
of housekeeping standards and sequence of service, an empathetic and caring
approach and a talent for offering the highest cleaning standards and hygiene
practices, always ensuring a superb room experience for our guests.
You will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, have
the highest level of integrity and transparency, strong business acumen, a
passion for service, an exceptional eye for detail and a desire to promote a
continuous learning environment that creates an atmosphere for professional
