Position: Housekeeping Floor Supervisor (Full time #529884)

Main Responsibilities
Housekeeping Floor Supervisor will perform the following tasks to the highest
standards and as per LQE standards:
* Allocates work duties to Housekeeping Room Attendants
* Provides excellent Guest Services, including VIP and other special requirements
* Performs routine inspections of all checkout rooms and spot checks of all occupied rooms
* Reports and performs the follow-up tasks on any maintenance defects or other issues
* Inspects service areas, storerooms and corridors
* Schedules and supervises deep cleaning and any other projects
* Manages and trains Room Attendants and other Colleagues to ensure their performance is to the standards required
* Manages and controls stocks and the maintenance of equipment
* Ensure adherence to hotel brand standards at all times.
Basic Qualification
* Previous experience in a Housekeeping supervisory role
* A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
* Attention to details
* A successful track record of managing a team
* Strong organizational and analytic skills
* Strong communication skills
* Proficiency, preferred, with computers and computer programs, including MS Office Suite and Applications.
