Role purpose:
Plan, develop, administer and deploy Office IT, collaboration and enterprise
enablement systems to provide the required system performance and
availability.
Implement projects related to Office IT & Enterprise Enablement systems to
ensure that business requirements are well incorporated in solution systems &
plans for smooth delivery & support

* Report risks of the managed systems and their notifications to Direct report.
* Communication, presentation skills.
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
* BSC of Engineering or Computer science
* Minimum 1-2 years IT working experience in managing Microsoft systems & Collaboration products.
* Technical Certificates in Microsoft & Non-Microsoft Product related managed systems.
