Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, the Inside Sales
Representative will have responsibility for sales deliverables - maximizing
and achieving revenue potential on existing and new accounts. You will utilize
your sales and project management skills to improve performance and achieve
business targets. You will develop, continually improve and communicate action
plans and processes to external customers, surpassing their expectations in
order to confirm Rig Aftermarket - Spares as their main supplier. Key to this
role will be your ability to act as the customer voice to all internal
stakeholders including operations, manufacturing, global account management
and the line management, communicating qualified sales opportunities and
agreeing achievable delivery dates with timelines to an agreed price level in
alignment with both NOV 's and our customers' businesses.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Define local product line sales plan in relation to overall sales strategy and align with current and future business strategies of existing and new customers to grow revenue and gross margin
* Communicate weekly and monthly sales activities to Line Manager according to sales plan; customer/new business visits, customer calls, follow up of leads and quotation generation/follow ups
* Qualify opportunities and leads, offering the customer insight into processes and timings in line with the internal/external needs and as a result maximising revenue on new and existing accounts
* Achieve revenue increases on key accounts reporting increases and future plans of key accounts to peers and senior management in relation to product line strategies
* Tight management of sales pipeline to ensure accurate revenue forecasting
* Align sales plan and processes with customer buying processes
* Achieve and aim to surpass internal sales KPIs and metrics - increase quotation to order conversion rates, identify reasons for non-conversion (communicate these to internal stakeholders) and make recommendations for improvement to secure future conversions
* Communicate new and existing business leads to sales team - follow up and convert received leads and communicate back to Country Manager and team
* Responsible for receiving enquiries, technically evaluating the customer's requirements, cost accurately the scope of supply and involvement required by the company, and produce high quality quotations that meet the customers' requirements whilst adhering to the company's commercial policies
* Liaise with internal stakeholders for technical and commercial information and evaluate the received information as part of the quotation process to the customer
EXPERIENCE
* ‎3-‎4 years in a similar role
SKILLS, TRAINING AND SPECIALIST KNOWLEDGE
* Computer literacy (including good command of Microsoft Office -Excel, Word, Outlook) (essential)
