Novo Nordisk Egypt belongs to International Operations Business Area Middle
East, Africa & CIS (BAMEAC) with more than ‎150 employees who are working to
improve the lives of people with diabetes, obesity, haemophilia and growth
disorders.

NN Egypt has a challenging opening for the position of Obesity Product Manager
based in Cairo, Egypt. As Product Manager, you will be a member of the GLP-‎1
business unit, and you will report to a Senior Marketing Manager for GLP-‎1
products.

About GLP-‎1 business unit

The GLP-‎1 business unit handles sales & Marketing activities for both
therapeutic areas of diabetes and obesity with GLP-‎1 products in Novo Nordisk
Egypt. With a dynamic pace of work and multiple interesting projects, members
of the department are continuously working on interesting and life-changing
projects.

The Job

You will be responsible for identifying the business opportunities to develop
the obesity market in Egypt, working on cross-functional projects, including
building capacities projects, patients ' awareness and activation projects,
and developing virtual and digital platforms to serve these purposes. Besides
that, you will have other responsibilities, such as identifying customer
needs, trends and marketing opportunities, analysing marketing and competitor
data, preparing an annual plan for the assigned market, executing the approved
plan and developing the related materials needed for the campaigns and
projects assigned.

Qualifications

You hold a university degree in a relevant field. You have at least ‎2 years of
experience in the marketing department in a pharmaceutical company. You have
experience with cross-functional projects (preferably digital marketing
campaigns) in terms of planning and execution.

We expect that you are an innovative person with a good ability to think
outside the box, a high performer, result-oriented, a team player with good
communication skills and a high energy level who can collaborate effectively
with external and internal key stakeholders; with proven records of
achievements.
MBA/Marketing diploma/project management studies will be additional assets to
the applicants.
