As Associate Product Manager you will be responsible to drive agile launch
excellence & marketing strategy for new launches, developing customer strategy
for the KEEs while delivering exceptional promotional campaigns / disease
awareness campaigns in line with the product commercial & access strategy. __

…
* Brilliant execution of the agile launch excellence framework.
* Generate and gather insights, opportunities, risks and needs from the new launches market and give input to the relevant teams.
* Lead and manage the local cross-functional joint planning sessions to ensure agile launch excellence for new products.
* Work in alignment with medical and market access teams for building value dossier of new products for maximizing the payer value proposition that optimize the payer value equation.
* Ensure exceptional customer engagement, collect customer insights, analyze secondary and primary data, and drive business intelligence.
* Building new launches teams capabilities in alignment with the global resources & local materials.
* Develop the strategic business plans including the tactical / operational activity plan.
* Execute global integrated campaigns, collaborate with 3rd parties, global and regional stakeholders for local implementation.
* Develop new and creative marketing tactics, including the adoption of the omnichannel approaches.

Basic Qualifications:

* University Bachelor's degree of Pharmacy, Dentistry, Medicine or Veterinary Medicine.
* Minimum ‎1-‎2 years of marketing experience within a pharmaceutical company.

* A team player who is working cross-functionally within the organization matrix.
* Excellent planning, time management and strategic thinking skills.
