ERP Application consultant

Job Requirements:

• Perform business requirements analysis as part of the development of strategic information systems strategies


• Perform gap analysis between existing ERP software functionality and client's requirements


• Be part of a project team through design workshops and Conference Room Pilot environments


• Be part of a project team to identify and recommend ERP software product customizations,enhancements or work-around to meet client requirements


• Train users on ERP software and also on new processes added to ERP system in each major release.


• Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with customers.


• Follow BI-Technologies implementation methodologies throughout the customer engagement life cycle.

Degree

• Willingness to travel throughout the Middle East and Gulf area.


• Experience in end-user training and product support


• ‎2+ years of experience in ERP products application/implementation (Preferably International ERP packages).

Job Requirements:
* Prepare and conduct business process analysis
* Setup application for fit gap analysis
* Conduct fit gap analysis
* Document and present results of diagnostic phase
* Support license definition and service estimations for functional tasks
* Conduct Key User training
* Prepare and conduct business requirements workshops
* Setup application for fit gap analysis

* Create design documents for customer understanding and acceptance

* System configurations
* Conduct feature testing of standard and ISV functionality
