Job Description
* HR Specialist - Helwan Branch
* Prepares work requests in coordination with the Recruitment Department
* Prepares personnel files in terms of justifications for appointments and company forms
* He coordinates with the Recruitment Department in preparing an introduction and training plan for new employee
* Prepares an insurance file for new employees and sends it to the insurance specialist
* Follows up on the end of the probationary period and the renewal of contracts with the direct manager on the specified dates
* He follows up on the issuance of health insurance cards with the insurance specialist
* He solves the problems of labor offices and insurances in coordination with the insurance specialist
* It lists and reviews all vacations and holidays on SAP System
* He prepares the allowances and overtime for all employees and sends them to the direct manager
Job Requirements
* Males only.
* Bachelor's degree
* 1- 2 years of experience.
* Good command of English.
* Professional use of Microsoft office applications (Excel, Word)
* Attention to details and strong communication skills.
* Good problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication and people skills.
