As a Tapster you will;



  • Build and lead a team of highly effective business development managers, tasked with growing the sales revenue in Egypt, by increasing the number of merchants utilizing the platform across the SME and enterprise space

  • Train, manage, and mentor the sales organization, setting targets, measuring KPI's and building sales processes to facilitate the business growth

  • Promote the business as an industry leader, embedding yourself in the countries ecosystem, networking extensively across customers, banks, technology partners, government, regulatory organization and multinational companies operating in Egypt

  • Enable your team to Identify & prospect promising merchants and prospects that will help grow a healthy pipeline across various verticals.

  • Sell cross-borders payment solutions and services to eCommerce merchants through cold calling, networking, fairs, etc.

  • Help new merchants evaluate and handle detailed questions about their product capabilities.

  • Prepare thorough presentations and proposals for prospective merchants.

  • Orchestrate the entire Sales process and act as the main point of contact for merchants and internal stakeholders from initiation to close.

  • Maintain a solid, well-organized portfolio and nurture key accounts.

  • Partner with other Sales Managers to share best practices, key business insights, and industry trends.

  • Provide feedback on local trends including competitor insights, customer needs, sales, product, and marketing information.

  • Other duties, as assigned based on the demands of the business and growth of the role.


What you bring to the party:
* ‎10+ years of Sales experience in the Payments, financial services, or IT industry.
* Exceptional sales leadership qualities
* A solid network of potential prospects and partners.
* Tech-savvy, with a passion for Technology.
* Solid business acumen and awareness of financial factors.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation skills, and techniques
* Highly organized and able to prioritize shifting workloads and responsibilities effectively.
* Fluent in English & Arabic is essential
