Fixed Assets & Warehouse Officer

Job Description

• Responsible for AXA warehouses custodian that including blanket printed material, papers, marketing materials, cartridge and fixed assets items.


• Check warehouse physical condition and take all necessary actions to rectify issues before or upon occur.


• Responsible for maintaining only the sufficient stock levels and avoid any excessive in storage.


• Manage warehouses additions and withdrawal and maintaining a proper history and audit trail log.


• Conduct quarterly, semi-annual and annual inventory check for all items stored in warehouse.


• Participate in tender process to provide a technical feedback.


• Settle vendor's invoices upon received after validating with physical quantities received.


• Track business unit's monthly consumption to avoid any excessive and unnecessary quantities


• requested.


• Submit business unit's quarterly PR and follow up with vendors to delivery.


• Update warehouse key register and complete handover for his team members.


• Maintain a consolidated record (hard/soft) for all printed materials designs, PDF and specs and


• track the business annual consumption.


• Complete the inventory actions for AXA Fixed assets and track assets movement.


• Responsible for FA registering, barcoding and labelling assets.


• Participate in handling obsolete FA selling process.

Skills

• BSc/BA in business administration, logistics, supply chain or relevant field


• Excellent organizational and planning skills


• Reliable and trustworthy


• Intermediate English Language skills, both written and oral


• Computer Skills - Advanced in Excel is preferred


• Strong Communication skills


• Proactive person


• Problem Solving skills
