Responsibilities:
* Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements
* Produce training schedules and agenda
* Determine course content according to objectives
* Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)
* Deliver training sessions, workshops etc. in groups or individually
* Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed
* Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.
* Observe and evaluate results of training programs
* Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements
* Handle training courses on the Learning Management System (upload, update, create learning plans…etc.)
Requirements:
* Bachelor 's Degree.
* A minimum of 1 year of proven experience as an English Instructor
* Experience in delivering Soft Skills and Technical training.
* Fluent English
* Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques
* Experience in designing course content from scratch according to request
* Ability to address training needs with complete courses
* Working knowledge in MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
* Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds
* Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
