We are currently seeking a highly motivated HR Business Partner based in Egypt
to join our dynamic team at inDrive. As an HR Business Partner, your primary
focus will be on essential human resources functions critical to the success
of our organization. You will play a pivotal role in talent acquisition,
employee onboarding, and fostering positive employee relations. Additionally,
you will contribute to performance management, ensuring the growth and
development of our team members. Your involvement in shaping HR policies and
procedures will be crucial for maintaining a compliant and inclusive
workplace. This position is integral to cultivating a positive work
environment and supporting the development of our Middle East and Africa
regions.

Responsibilities**
* Work on fostering employee engagement within the region.
* Provide insights and suggestions from an HR perspective after overviewing business needs.
* Effectively manage and handle various employee-related cases, including termination negotiations.
* Lead and develop a team consisting of three members.
* Implement HR practices and policies in compliance with local labor legislation. Collaborate closely with Legal, Compliance, GDPR, and Corporate Security teams at HQ.
* Take charge of human resources policies and programs, ensuring a balance between employee advocacy and business operational needs. Explain HR policies, procedures, laws, standards, and regulations, ensuring compliance with state and federal employment laws. Promote equity, fair treatment, and positive employee relations.
* Manage the complete employee life cycle, including onboarding, orientation, compensation benefits, employee relations, and off-boarding. Oversee HR administrative tasks and continually identify, measure, and improve processes.
* Provide oversight of the payroll process, maintaining communication with a payroll outsourcing company to ensure smooth and timely operations.
* Handle team employment management, including HR admin tasks such as setting up employee files, completing standard forms, letters, maintaining reports and records, and ensuring accurate personal folder management.
* Offer consultations to the Recruitment and Compensation & Benefits (C&B) teams regarding market practices. Support in implementing corporate compensation policy by providing consultations on specific matters and local legislation. Review compensation packages in different companies to stay updated on common practices.


Qualifications



  • Fluent in English (advanced level, C1+).

  • ‎7+ years of HR experience.

  • At least ‎3 years of experience in management

  • In-depth knowledge of HR matters and employment regulations.

  • B.A. or B.S. degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

  • Deep understanding of labor law.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Strong organizational and filing skills.

  • Knowledge of current regulations, payroll statements, and social security payments.

  • Expertise in internet usage and strong tech capabilities.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.

  • Ability to work independently.
