Tender Manager
This roles purpose is to:
* Maximize Pfizer's tender business in Egypt by coordinating across functions.
* be a change agent internally and externally to transform price driven purchasing decisions to value based and sustainable partnerships between Pfizer and key institutions.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Maximize Pfizer's tender business in Egypt by coordinating across countries and
Functions.
* Utilize GTCS and act as a COE to sustain it in the future .
* Help commercial teams to establish robust tender calendars.
* Consolidate calendars at country level to identify, prepare for and track "must win" tenders Continuously .
* Gather global/ Regional market intelligence and optimize price/volume across the tenders by providing visibility and guidance to commercial teams.
* Support strategy development for "must win tenders"
* Coordinate with commercial teams and PGS to ensure up-to-date demand forecast and reliable supply
* Proactive reporting to LT/ELT on any tender opportunities to ensure patients access.
* Be a change agent internally and externally to transform price driven purchasing decisions to value based and sustainable partnerships between Pfizer and key institutions.
* Challenge key account planning mindset to anticipate deep customer insights.
POSITION RELATIONSHIPS:
Reports to Tender, NAM , distribution Management Lead ,ELI
Collaborates frequently with Regional Tender and Contracting COE,
H&V, Marketing, Medical, PGSCE platform , Category Leads and Finance.
TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL/PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES NEEDED:

REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum 5 years experience level in the pharmaceutical industry with a strong - commercial/sales focus.
* Previous experience in tendering and/or in NAM model is a Plus.
* Demonstrated results leading in multi-cultural and matrix teams
* Fluent in written and spoken English. Arabic
