Job Description
*
Representing the interests of the Owner with the sole purpose of achieving the
Owner's goals and objectives.
* Acting as the Owner's eyes and ears and keeping a pulse on the project.
* Confirming the project meets the Owner's requirements, schedule, and regulatory agencies guidelines.
* Establish the project communication plan.
* Stakeholder management.
* Risk management and mitigation.
• Monitor, track and validate project design at its different design stages. •
Collaborating with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications
of the project.
* Review and validate project baseline.
* Managing requests for proposals and any changes that may happen during construction either for material or design.
* Ensure adherence of value engineering process.
* Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports and ensure that milestones will be met.
* Supervise that all work trades are coordinated and communicated with different project stakeholders (Contractor and Consultant) during releasing shop drawings
Requirements
*
Bachelor's Degree: Architecture Engineering.
* 8-10 years of progressive experience in site management and design.
* Excellent command of English and Arabic Languages is a must.
* Good knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and Primavera.
* PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage.
* Experience in hospitality is a must and team player with leadership abilities.
* Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Proven experience as construction project manager.
* In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
