Responsibilities:
* Implement internal and external communication campaigns.
* Write, review, edit, and update content for company websites, blogs, newsletters, and similar platforms.
* Responsible for content translation, including employee profiles/CVs, contracts, and corporate presentations.
* Collaborate with the HR department for events such as career fairs or company events.
* Work closely with different suppliers and 3rd parties.
* Prepare articles or other materials for external publications.
* Collaborate with other departments to understand their needs and identify opportunities to improve the communication process.
* Oversee the company's social media presence and channels related to employer branding.
* Maintain internal and external communication messages in line with group's strategy.
* Manage digital marketing channels (websites, newsletters, campaigns, and social media) to ensure brand promotion.
* In this role, you will work and liaise with the Expleo Global MarCom team.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in any related field
* Fluency in German and English is a MUST.
Skills:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & German).
* Strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams.
* Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools
* Excellent presentation skills.
Experience:
* Fluent command in written and spoken German and English languages is a MUST.
* 2-3 years of relevant experience.
