Job Summary: We 're looking for a highly motivated, driven and detail-
oriented content creator to produce high-quality outputs for our business. The
content creator identify new ways to reach customers.
Responsibilities :
* Write, review, edit, and update content for company website, blogs, marketing materials, and similar platforms.
* Research industry-related topics.
* Manage various social media accounts, plan, and monitor the ongoing paid marketing campaigns on social media platforms.
* Use social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote company initiatives.
* Generate, edit, publish, and share content (original text, images, graphics, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
* Day-to-day development of editorial content on social media platforms, including posts and discussion.
* Maintain a monthly social media calendar.
* Use social media monitoring tools to monitor conversations and report on metrics.
* Collaborate with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.
* Collaborate with the digital media team in brainstorming, delivering new ideas, new trends and concepts on social media channels.
* Researches and monitors the activity of company competitors.
* Utilizing SEO methods to increase traffic.
**Qualifications & Work Experience :
* ‎3+ years of documented experience as a Content Creator, or Copywriter
* Excellent writing skills in both English and Arabic
* University degree preferred in PR or Media.
* Previous experience in IT companies / Software industry is preferable
* Experience in digital marketing automation software (e.g., Agorapulse, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
* Experience in Email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
* Impeccable spelling and grammar.
* Experience in digital marketing automation software.
* Familiarity with keyword placement and other SEO best practices.
* Good understanding of social media KPIs.
* Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress).
* Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign is required.
* Knowledge of Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, or other media editing software is a plus.
