Today, we are recruiting for the Senior Maintenance Engineer position
to Join Project Team of Modernization of Signalling System on the Benha - Port
Said. This is an excellent career opportunity for Maintenance Professionals

What are my responsibilities?
* Preparing and updating the maintenance plan, schedules, and plan resources.
* Develop operation & maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.
* Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.
* Monitor and control spare parts inventory and place orders when necessary.
* Prepare and control the required tools, tools calibration, and assets condition.
* Carry out Preventative and corrective maintenance for Signaling systems (Interlocking - Point Machine- Track Circuit- Level Crossing-Signals) to ensure functionality and minimize downtime of equipment.
* Familiar with the Power supply equipment (Transformers - Generators - UPS - Batteries and Earthing system) and Scada.
* Contribution to the elaboration of Signaling functional and technical trouble shootings.
* Perform fault analysis and check the reasons for the faults.
* Keep maintenance logs and report on a daily, weekly, and Monthly basis and Reports to Maintenance Manger the actual status of assets failures, action taken including reliability and failure rate for each asset/subsystem on a regular basis.
* Experience with the Maintenance management system CMMS - Maximo is a Plus.
* Assist in training the engineers/technicians on the operation and maintenance activities.
* Manage relationships with the Customer, Contractors, and service providers.
* Provide rapid response to all signaling failures and replacement of Signaling and Telecom wear and tear parts.
* Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
* Monitor and schedule the attendance, performance, and condition of team members.
* Ensure health and safety policies have complied with the Company regulations.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
* Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with minimum grade good and recognized qualification on similar projects with ‎5 to ‎8 years of relevant experience in the designated professions.
* Very good command of both the spoken and written English language.
* Very good Presentation skills.
* Proven experience in dealing with the public governmental sector.
* Solid computer skills and knowledge
* Have a valid driving license.
* Flexible to Travel and Shift rotation.
