Overview
Keeping the controls over the different types of inventory since every type of
inventory needs special controls in order to maintain
Responsibilities
* Performing the monthly physical count process (preparing the participation, timing and acting as focal point);
* Performing the monthly reconciliations at the month end closing;
* Getting the approvals of the physical count differences and investigating the reasons behind the differences ;
* Making sure that the gifts are recorded properly in its cost centers and that its done according the policy ;
* Controlling and monitoring the transfers of the inventory from one location to another;
* Monitoring and controlling the inventory existing at the transit area;
* Monitoring and solving the inventory issues between the S&D and the SAP. ;
* Controlling and monitoring the cancellation of sales order and its effect on inventory;
Qualifications
* A good working knowledge of accounting software
* SAP knowledge is a plus.
* Solid understanding of the local laws and regulations
* Education: BSC of Commerce
* Prior Work Experience : 1-3 Years accounting.
* L anguage Proficiency : (Arabic, excellent) (English, Good)
* Skills & Abilities:
* Microsoft Office Applications
* Communicate effectively with all level within the company
