Your mission at Webhelp
You will work on a project of a telecommunication company, recognised for its
international presence and efforts in innovative technologies.
Your mission is to create enthusiasm around the services offered by our Client
and to solve with accuracy and efficiency the emerging problems that customers
may face. You will ensure superb service standards and maintain a high level
of customer satisfaction while enjoying every day on the job.
What you will be doing at Webhelp
As a Customer Care Advisor, you will:
* Respond effectively to customer queries through chat and email
* Offer appropriate solutions and alternatives to customers
* Keep customers informed of actions throughout the call
* Gain customer agreement before proceeding with offers or solutions
* Own and manage customer engagement and interaction ensuring all agreed quality attributes are met and exceeded
* Identify secondary (possible or hidden) customer needs and attempt to add value accordingly
