Customer Experience Technical Support

Role Overview
The overall purpose of this role is to provide deep technical support in the
day-to-day management of the customer experience programme, including survey
development and deployment, and regular reporting using the survey platform
(Forsta). This includes day to day incident management to resolution.
What you 'll do:
* Manage survey development into live environment/deployment, this includes building new surveys and changes to existing surveys within the Forsta platform.
* Build live dashboards to share insights and show trends in net promoter scores.
* Be a main point of contact for data and information requests for existing programme activities such as data collection, how does the survey work, survey questions/build etc.
* Provide support to the business to track existing metrics and analyse survey response data and trends.
* Provide and share regular generated reports to various committees and stakeholders as requested.
What you 'll bring:
* Must have experience and a track record in working with and interpretating data.
* Must be experienced in working with Microsoft Excel to an advanced level.
* Ability to manage your own time and schedule to ensure timely delivery on several concurrent initiatives.
* Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
* Experience with HTML / CSS / JavaScript.
