What are my responsibilities?
* Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules, milestones, and timelines.
* Track project progress and update relevant mangers regularly.
* Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and conference calls, including preparing agendas and meeting minutes.
* Generate and maintain project-related documents, including project plans, status reports, and presentations.
* Compile data and prepare reports to keep stakeholders informed about project progress and performance.
* Assist in preparing post-project evaluations and lessons learned documents.
* Manage project-related communication and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
* Assist in contractual and commercial correspondences.
* Implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
* Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
* Act as a liaison between project managers and team members, ensuring everyone is well-informed and aligned with project goals.
* Organize and maintain project-related data and files for easy access and retrieval.
* Assist in data collection and analysis for project evaluation and decision-making.
* Monitor project activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
* Identify potential risks and issues and report them to the Green Line Project Manager promptly.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or any equivalent field.
* Prior experience in project management or administrative support
* Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
* Ability to work on the Project Mobilization Sites of the High-Speed Rail Project in Egypt and willingness to travel and work from various sites.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Fluency in the English language both written and spoken.
