Our service business is growing rapidly and we are looking for an energetic
and enthusiastic Service Support Administrator to be based in our office in
Cairo, Egypt. The successful candidate will provide administrative support for
the sales and field teams, enabling them to maximize the time spent on
customer facing activities in the field covering activities related to
Maintenance Operations, Sales Support, Public Tender Preparation, Third Party
Inspection and Reporting.
What will you do?
* Send customer letters and support mass updates in maintenance contracts.
* Process maintenance contract cancellation requests, inform Billing Administrator when invoice cancellation or credit note creation is required.
* Support in preparation of new maintenance contracts from new installation team or from competition
* Carry out data checks and quality audits for new contracts from KONE Shared Service Center
* Take ownership for customer queries forwarded from first level and follow up with salesperson and other stakeholders to get a response.
* Support in preparation and archiving of customer documents.
* Manage safety and site access documents of site personnel as requested by site managers.
* Assist in repair and maintenance visit planning and communication to customer.
* Support technicians and supervisors in material related requests (purchase orders creation, check availability and follow up on delivery)
* Support sales in proposal creation (public tenders)
* Provide reports for Key Accounts
* Other back-office activities as assigned.
Are you the one?
* Bachelor's degree is required
* 2 years of relevant administrative experience
* Excellent Arabic and English language skills, both spoken and written
* SAP Experience is a big plus
* CRM experience is preferred
* Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel...etc.)
