About this opportunity
We are now hiring a Troubleshooting Expert to ensure that all project support
activities for all internal and external stakeholders are carried out in
accordance with Ericsson instructions, quality requirements and within project
budget, The candidate will also be responsible for Managing the project
process as well maintaining a direct working relationship with internal and
external units related to the project, such as: Project Implementation
Manager, Customer and NPTS Team.
You Will:
* Interact with Customer, Rollout (NRO) Team, for project support related activities at each stage
* coordinating and managing deferent teams to ensure submission of RFI sites on time
* prepare daily report to identify GAPs and propose solutions to solve them
* preparing and compiling the acceptance reports and submitting them in customer tracking tools like NPTS and BPM- portal.
* Verifying and aligning project data in customer tools to ensure correct progress reporting.
* Raising trouble tickets on customer specific tool for aligning and correcting the project data, following up for TT closure with concerned stakeholders.
* Sharing periodically network progress data (DUMPs) with entire project teams and STC, also providing on ad hoc basis the customized and different project reports to requesters.
* Facilitating CPMs on site submission and project progress report sharing.
* Ensure the management of performance and risk in environment, occupational health & safety (EHS)
* Build and develop an impactful service team culture by proactive attitude, teamwork focus
* Perform, report and close activities
* Have basic knowledge of telecommunication Industry and standards
* Ability to work on day and night activities whenever needed.
* Ability to work on emergency weekends activities whenever needed.
What will you bring:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or any equivalent
* Knows how to communicate well in English and Arabic
* Min years of experience: 6 years on network implementation and project support activities
* Domain-experience: RAN (Radio Access Network), project support activities
* Delivering results & meeting customer expectations
