Responsibilities:



  • Assisting with the day-to-day operations of an office by doing tasks such as filing paperwork

  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails

  • Scheduling appointments and meetings

  • Managing files and documents

  • Ordering office supplies

  • Supporting other staff members


Qualifications for an admin assistant may include:



  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Very good English

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Experience with office equipment such as printers and scanners

  • ‎1-‎3 Years' of Experience

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
