Quality Assurance specialist
This position reports into Q&C Manager and is based at Cairo, Egypt.
Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Consumer Health business to
create a new publicly traded company. The process of the planned separation is
anticipated to be completed within ‎24 months, and it will be subject to legal
requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee
representative bodies, as required, and other customary conditions and
approvals.
It is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, this position
may be conveyed with New Consumer Health. In that case, details of any planned
changes would be provided to the successful candidate by New Consumer Health
at an appropriate time and would be subject to any necessary consultation
processes.

What will you do*
Key Responsibilities *
* Backup for batch release of finished goods
* Responsible for Shop floor Inspection
* Responsible for Batch Record Review
* Responsible for Change Control Management
* Responsible for Complaints Management
* Responsible for Quality Agreements
* Responsible for Training Management and preparation for ISO audits.
* Efficient management of the routine daily QA/QS activities to ensure proper, compliant and on-time completion of these activities.
* Support creating the relevant ETQ records and follow up the proper and timely observations closure.
* Support Leading the external and JJRC audit readiness activities, managing creating the response to the audit reports and follow up on action plans proper and timely closure.
* Support Conducting full gap assessments for all QA/QS related activities to identify the gaps and taking the required correction, corrective and preventive actions.
* Support Issue documents/records inventory list for the QA/QS (this inventory list is live document which is subjected to continuous update) and keep all documents/records stored under control.
* Support Maintain the local QA/QS related SOPs/WIs compliant with the regional and global procedures.
* Support Manage to achieve Zero incidents related to data integrity and good documentation practices
* Support Monitoring and following up the QA/QS metrics to ensure that all metrics meet the predetermined targets for ‎2020 and take proactive actions in case of expecting any deviations to avoid any out of target cases.
* support Accurate and on-time reporting of all QA/QS related reports (e.g. Standard tracking, monthly metrics, etc.).
* Support achieving the QA/QS related targets of JJPS.
* Management of the QA/QS related projects/initiatives to meet their targets and due dates.
* Support Leading g the quality month.
* Support Management of the QA/QS related activities related to NPI to meet their objectives and due dates.
* Support setting implement and monitoring all the required EHS measures for the QS/QA staff to ensure keeping the QS/QA team healthy and safe as well as prevent introducing any hazard to the environment.
* act efficiently as backup person for other Q&C team members as appropriate.

Qualifications

What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
* BSC in Science, Microbiology, chemistry, Biology or Pharmacy
* ‎3- ‎7 years of experiences within chemical / pharma industry, working with the quality systems, quality assurance, audits, regulatory and statistics methods.

* Fluency in both spoken and written English
* Excellent organization skills and detailed oriented
* Excellent time management and leadership skills
* Strong computer skills
* Results oriented
* Team player
* Experience in production, warehouse and in process control activities is an asset .
* Microbiological Background is a plus.
