Reports directly to Senior Events Coordinator & Head of Department
Provides functional assistance and follow-up to Events Operation
Coordinates event orders and activities with other department members
Educational Background:
University degree in General Management or Hotel Management
Experience:
Fresh Graduate or (0 - 2 year experience) in Administration or Events
Operation
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and execution of events orders
Supervise any event's setup and preparations based on instructions
Attend and administer events preparatory meetings and follow-up on
assigned tasks
Handle all administrative tasks, minutes of the meetings, faxes, phone-calls
and inquiries related to the Events Office Operation
Assist in the preparation of quarterly event reports and possible
presentations
Attend and take minutes of events preparatory meetings and provide
assistance during the actual event
Attend and supervise all activities organized or hosted by the GUC
Maintain and update the filing system for all GUC functions
Handle any ad-hoc assigned duties related to the dept.
Language Skills:
Arabic - Fluent (Written & Spoken)
English - Fluent (Written)
German is an asset
