Position:* Management and Sustainability Team Coordinator

Reporting to: Management and Sustainability Team Lead
Summary: The M &S team Coordinator assists with optimum implementation of
OSRA activities that target the system strengthening from both management
processes, management capacities to address the challenges of a changing
environment as per the scope of the project.
Job Responsibilities:*
* The candidate will liaise with other teams of OSRA project particularly procurement and finance to see that team activities are implemented according to rules and regulations and that activities are within the allocated budget & closely communicate with the team lead on that aspect.
* The candidate will familiarize him/herself with sustainability and scale up aspects of OSRA project.
* The candidate will assist the team lead with the management of the IQVIA contract including the review and report writing and correspondence and as needed activities.
* The candidate will assist the team lead with the coordination and management of the stakeholders' interventions to assure sustained maximum impact from activities. This includes Ask-Consult for Health, ERC, and EFPA. This takes also all potential civil society and private sector to be engaged as part of mobilizing resources whether national or local.
* The candidate will assist with the implementation of the scale up of activities that are adopted from OSRA project by the beneficiaries particularly the P&FPS
* Assists the team in planning & reporting on annual, quarter & as required.
* Others as may be assigned or in line with the evolving requirements of OSRA project

Required Qualifications

• A relevant undergraduate degree with preferrable master's degree in Business administration, development field or a related field; or a minimum of BA with additional years of experience.


• At least ‎5 years of professional experience in management programs (preferably in health programming)


• Good analytical, desk review skills with preference on (Good knowledge of systems functionality and government system, understanding of concepts & dimensions of sustainability, & familiarity with concepts and models of private sector engagement


• Preferably some experience working in Egypt and/or the broader MENA region.


• Excellent written and oral communication skills, and communication skills.


• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)


• Ability to function under pressure


• Strong project management experience with flexibility to travel within Egypt
