Our client who is a leader in the Real estate asset & Investment Management
sector is currently seeking a CEO for their office in Cairo, Egypt to operate
and manage a $1B USD portfolio of real estate assets and luxury hotel
developments across the MENA region
As CEO, working closely with the Executive board team, you are in charge of:
* Driving the operating performance of real estate & hotel assets to maximize profit
* Responsible for implementing and executing long term investment strategies for real estate assets managed within the portfolio
* Defining strategic business plans for existing and upcoming real estate developments within the luxury hotel industry
* Overlooking the Profit/Loss, revenue, and expenses for multiple hotel properties across the MENA region
* Leading real estate investment projects, while identifying financial opportunities in order to expand the organization
* Analyzing hotel asset costs, and preparing weekly and monthly operation reports to share with the Board of Directors
You have a minimum of 15 years of C-level experience managing Real estate
Asset Management/Family owned assets within the MENA region. Previous
experience working for a family-owned holding company, while managing global
assets and investments is highly preferred.
Experience within the hospitality industry is a plus (Luxury hotels).
Fluent in English is mandatory, Arabic is a bonus.
You must be willing to relocate to Egypt and some travel will be required
within the MENA region
Net cash compensation + expat package + incentives.
