Join our team and play a crucial role in supporting PepsiCo's Supply Chain
operational growth and driving Knowledge Management activities for our Global
hubs worldwide in Cairo, Krakow, China, India & Spain.
Responsibilities
* Managing an estimated ~1000 documents (GBS Scope): Process Maps, Desktop Procedures and various related documents like Service Catalog, trainings, etc. in KM Module and other tools.
* Ensure documentation is kept up-to-date by managing Service Change Requests; special focused on content quality.
* Execution of compliance related activities like yearly audits (DTP Self-assessment) and quality checks as part of standard documentation management process and GBS Controls.
* Drive KM Culture by engaging Knowledge Champions and leading new initiatives such as Epiplex implementation, Taxonomy alignment.
* Support Service Now implementation according to timeline defined for the Function; Service Catalog alignment.
* Coordinate large teams, lead new implementations and maintain Knowledge Management Elements up-to-date.
* Identify and resolve knowledge management gaps, run tests, create solutions, lead implementations developing materials and trainings as required.
Qualifications
* 6 to 8 years of experience in knowledge management/process excellence or process improvement
* GBS experience in large scale global organizations is essential; high english level
* Experience in running similar GBS Knowledge Management Functions is required
* Must have good communication skills, initiative, leadership, teamwork and proven ability to drive compliance
* Must have experience in making and governing process maps & DTPs..etc
