POSITION SUMMARY
Supports the Category Business Manager. Responsibilities could include -
facilitating the flow of category information & expertise to and from both
sales and marketing / ensure that Category strategies are supported with
strong fact-based arguments on an ongoing basis / analysing shopper behavior
to gain shopper insights into buying behavior.


A DAY IN THE LIFE …
* Develop channel strategies and own the sales commercial planning process and ensure sales and marketing planning objectives, strategies and tactics are closely aligned through integrated planning process.
* Manage trade activities including tailor made promotions and evaluate all trade promotions to ensure the effectiveness of trade investment and control CCS and TPP.
* Builds clear vision on the ideal POP for relevant categories and channels based on shopper understanding and its execution.
* Ensure that NPD initiatives fall in place with regards to channel requirements with primary focus on price and margins strategy.
* Handle all trade marketing related activities including trade press.
* Coordinate sales system development.

* Minimum ‎5 years comprehensive work experience in the related business areas
* Experience in Project management
* Experience working in cross functional teams is a must
