تسجيل الموظفين الجدد في قاعدة بيانات الشركة وعمل البصمة الخاصة بهم.
تسجيل المؤمن عليهم في التأمينات الاجتماعية وتحديثه بشكل دوري.
انهاء العقود السنوية الخاصة بالموظفين واستمارات التأمينات الاجتماعية.
القيام بعمل جميع إجراءات الاستقالات.
عمل مقابلة نهاية الخدمة الخاصة بالموظفين المستقيلين وارسال تقرير شهري الي رئيس قسم التطوير المؤسسي بأعداد الموظفين الذين تركوا الشركة خلال الشركة وسبب تركهم للعمل.
تحديث السجلات الخاصة بمكتب العمل بشكل دوري.
التعامل مع مكاتب التأمينات الاجتماعية ومكتب العمل.
ارسال التقارير بشكل دوري رئيس قسم شئون العاملين.
خبرة من 3 الي 5 سنوات في مجال شئون العاملين.
اجادة استخدام برامج الأوفيس
خبرة جيدة بالتعامل مع مكاتب التأمينات الاجتماعية ومكتب العمل
المعرفة الجيدة بقانون العمل المصري
على دراية كاملة بالتامينات الاجتماعية وما يستجد بها
اجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي.
مهارات تواصل جيدة.
القدرة علي الترتيب والتنظيم.
