Overview of the role
We are looking for a UAE National citizen with fluent English speaking skills
with some experience in customer service for the role.
This is a full time permanent role with Al Futtaim Motors. It will work ‎5 days
a week with ‎2 day off. Working hours are from ‎8:30 am to ‎5:30 pm.

What you will do
* To provide full support to all customers visiting Toyota & Lexus showroom. To be the first point of contact to welcome and identify customers' needs.
* Ensure customers are given the Worlds Warmest Welcome when entering the branch.
* Responsible to ensure all customers with appointments are directed to correct executive. The aim is to give a smooth transition from entering the branch to introduction to sales executive in turn making sure the customer receives a professional service.
* Ensure all customers receive a warm send off on exiting the branch. The aim is to make our customer feel acknowledged and to show that we care.
* The role purpose is to ensure all Al Futtaim customers receive a First Class service when entering the branch.
* Ensuring the customer is guided to the relevant department and their needs are clearly identified and conveyed to the appropriate associate. Understanding the Customer Journey from Start to Finish.

Required skills to be successful
* Should have a basic qualification or High school graduate
* Good knowledge in MS Office especially MS Excel
* Good English communication skills
* Person must be self-motivated and self-driven.

About the team
The role will report to the Aftersales Manager and you will be working in a
busy workshop environment wherein you will be dealing directly with Service
Advisor, Controller, Foreman & Technicians in a daily basis.

* We are looking for someone with excellent English & Arabic speaking skills who has an engaging personality, is confident meeting people and passionate about beginning a career in sales.
* Good knowledge in MS Office especially MS Excel

* Person must be self-motivated and self-driven.
