We have an opportunity for a Production Planner to join our Honeywell
Performance Materials & Technologies Team in KSA.
This wide role is part of our Integrated Supply Chain planning team supporting
Honeywell's Fluorine Products business and its portfolio of low global warming
potential products. This position entails planning across multiple product
lines and plants and provides potential for further development in production
scheduling/master scheduling.
Production Planner Responsibilities:
Re-packing/down-packing
Responsible for local production plan to meet forecasted demand
Empty assets follow-up
Works closely together with local production toller and follows up on the
execution of the production plan according to the agreed timing and quality
Delivery follow-up
Adheres to inventory strategies aligned with global planning team
OTTR/OTFP reporting responsible
Maintains accuracy in the SAP planning tools, including maintenance of stock
transfer and purchase orders and their associated receipts in SAP
Technical support/maintain documentation for RDs, VDs and Cylinders
Ensure accuracy of material master data and inventory balances
Master data set up recipes, BOMs for downpacking
Identify root cause and drive corrective actions on On-time Delivery and OTFP
Master data set up for new products
Follows-up supply delays with regard to incoming raw materials as well as
adherence to the production plan by the toller. Coordinates the information
flow between our logistic partners, tollers, vendors and procurement to ensure
inventory and delivery performance expectations can be met
Achieve the OTTR & OTFP targets as per the AOP
Works together with local commercial and management team to optimize the
supply-demand balance
Follows up on product availability for End of Month rush orders and possible
impact on accuracy of sales forecast & target for the current month
Oversees the detailed tracking of the import & export quantities of all
products to ensure compliance with all local regulations

Qualifications and Experience
• University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Accounting, Business,
Transportation or +5 years' experience in Logistics, Supply Chain,
transportation, logistics, shipment scheduling, inventory control or customer
service
* Previous relevant experience
* Advanced knowledge of written and spoken English
* Good analysing skills, communication skills and customer focus/orientation
