We have an opportunity for a Production Planner to join our Honeywell
Performance Materials & Technologies Team in KSA.

This wide role is part of our Integrated Supply Chain planning team supporting
Honeywell's Fluorine Products business and its portfolio of low global warming
potential products. This position entails planning across multiple product
lines and plants and provides potential for further development in production
scheduling/master scheduling.

Production Planner Responsibilities:


Re-packing/down-packing

Responsible for local production plan to meet forecasted demand

Empty assets follow-up

Works closely together with local production toller and follows up on the
execution of the production plan according to the agreed timing and quality

Delivery follow-up

Adheres to inventory strategies aligned with global planning team

OTTR/OTFP reporting responsible

Maintains accuracy in the SAP planning tools, including maintenance of stock
transfer and purchase orders and their associated receipts in SAP

Technical support/maintain documentation for RDs, VDs and Cylinders

Ensure accuracy of material master data and inventory balances

Master data set up recipes, BOMs for downpacking

Identify root cause and drive corrective actions on On-time Delivery and OTFP

Master data set up for new products

Follows-up supply delays with regard to incoming raw materials as well as
adherence to the production plan by the toller. Coordinates the information
flow between our logistic partners, tollers, vendors and procurement to ensure
inventory and delivery performance expectations can be met

Achieve the OTTR & OTFP targets as per the AOP

Works together with local commercial and management team to optimize the
supply-demand balance

Follows up on product availability for End of Month rush orders and possible
impact on accuracy of sales forecast & target for the current month

Oversees the detailed tracking of the import & export quantities of all
products to ensure compliance with all local regulations

• Fulfillment the daily activities as well as the annual projects, according to the established performance level

Continuous improvement/ HOS

• Responsible for kaizen process for the team


• Contributes in an active way to the continuous improvement of department 's performance or company's performance: identifies constantly the opportunities of improvement for own activity and department's activities (Kaizen ideas in accordance with the objectives of the company)


• Participation to internal audit, third party, corporate, second party (clients, certification)

Communication and reporting

• Participates to all the meetings which are necessary for this position (daily Tier meetings level ‎1,2,‎3 or ‎4, or weekly/monthly meetings, etc.)


• Runs daily/weekly/monthly reports and utilizes all available tools to ensure that the department 's as well as individual objectives are met


• Organizes ad-hoc meetings with key stakeholders and communicates proactively any changes/challenges that may occur in the demand/supply plan


• Leads the planning of products within the porfolio and coordinates the allocation meetings for these certain products whenever required

Health, security, environment, emergency situations- individual
responsibilities

• Performs the activity in accordance with own experience, knowledge and work instructions of the role, in a specific manner in which no person is exposed to accidents or professional illnesses.


• prevents/ minimizes pollution of the environment


• utilizes in a correct way the machines, equipments, tools, dangerous substances, transportation vehicles or other production tools


• utilizes in a correct way the individual protection equipment


• does not proceed to taking out of service, modification, changing or removing by own will the own security devices, especially in case of machines, equipments, tools, technical installations and buildings and to use in a proper manner this device.


• In case of fire emergency, informs direct manager, intervention team, firefighters and participates in extinguishing the fire.


• immediately informs the manager about any work situation which has reason to consider it a threat to the safety and health of workers, as well as any deficiency of protection systems


• informs the manager about the accidents suffered at work


• participates at HSE trainings and to carry out related medical examinations


• cooperates, as long as it is necessary, with the employer and/or with the assigned workers, to enable the employer to ensure that the work environment and the working conditions are safe and without risks for their safety and health, in its field of activity


• In case of fire emergency/ accidental spilling/work accident, must inform the direct manager, intervention team/ firefighters/ the medical rescue team and participates actively in accordance with the specific responsibilities from the directives of intervention plans or the emergency team.


• To acquire and to respect the provisions of the legislation in the field of health and safety at work, environment and SU and their application

Qualifications and Experience
• University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Accounting, Business,
Transportation or +‎5 years' experience in Logistics, Supply Chain,
transportation, logistics, shipment scheduling, inventory control or customer
service
* Previous relevant experience
* Advanced knowledge of written and spoken English
* Good analysing skills, communication skills and customer focus/orientation
