Your Responsibilities
* Provides day-to-day technical support on end users for Cerner Millennium software and hardware solutions.
* Installs, configures and troubleshoots in scope end user devices and biomedical devices (where applicable) related to Cerner Millennium solutions.
* Provides ad hoc support for workflow queries and periodically provides transfer of information for basic solution enhancements.
* Communicates highly technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel.
* Provides technical services to internal clients by identifying, prioritizing, and confirming resolution of reported problems within the Healthcare Information System.
