Job description

Responsibilities:
Al Muqarram Industry is seeking for an Export Executive professional to join
our team. Export Executive will be responsible to manage export shipment and
tracking until they are received in destination. The ideal candidate will have
a strong understanding of export regulations, logistics, and documentation
processes.
* Export documentation - prepare and review export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, shipping instructions, and customs declarations..
* Good planner for loading the shipments.
* Ensure accuracy and compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
* Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders together necessary documentation
* Arrange and coordinate international shipments, including booking freight, negotiating rates, and managing shipping schedules.
* Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and other service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods
* Track and monitor shipment progress and address any issues or delays
* Stay up-to-date with export regulations, sanctions, embargoes, and trade compliance requirements
* Ensure adherence to international trade laws, customs regulations, and licensing requirements
* Managing all the processes in the export department of a company also plans and coordinates the international shipment of goods.
* Arrange full set of documents before loading (Invoice, PL, CO, COC, DO).
* Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and other external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of export operations
Any other jobs assigned time to time as per demands.

Profile

Requirements:
* Arabic native language.
* Bachelor degree in logistics field etc.
* At least (‎4-‎6) years' experience.
