Logistics Coordinator

Al Rostamani Trading Company is the sole authorized distributor of Suzuki and
Citroen across the UAE with Sales, Service and Parts outlets able to serve its
customers throughout the country.

Job Purpose

Support the warehouse and logistics activities to ensure accuracy in vehicle
inventory, monitoring of stock location and optimum utilization of warehouse
space.

Job Responsibilities

• Handles registration of vehicles ensuring timeliness and complete documentation to meet customer requirements.


• Handles the delivery of vehicles and prepares sales letters and warranty books for government department to ensure their requirements are addressed in a timely manner.


• Checks actual physical location of vehicles in the assigned location and handles transfer from one location to another as necessary to meet sales requirements.


• Maintain the inventory of our vehicle stocks as per the procedures such as tyre pressures, wipers off the windshield, physically moving the cars regularly all to keep the vehicles in good condition


• Maintaining logs for all vehicles leaving from any location to another and informing the sales support personnel of the movements update


• Ensuring the proper usage of the driver's working hours


• Ensuring the company sales vehicles and demo vehicles are maintained on time. All registrations and insurance are also done on time


• Ensuring the pre delivery inspection (PDI) is handled without delays on time and ensure timely delivery of requested vehicles to the service centers and then to the requesting branch.

Job Requirements

Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor Degree preferably in commerce
Experience
‎3 years of sales experience in Logistics or automotive industry
Knowledge & Skills
* Excellent negotiation skills and influencing skills
* Should hold UAE Driving License.
* Relationship Management Skills
* Excellent presentation skills
* Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
