QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
* Graduated from Faculty of commerce English section, Major: accounting.
* Minimum experience 4 Years in the Same field
* Strong accounting background
* Fin-tech experience
* Certified CMA is preferable
* detailed knowledge with respect to internet techniques as well as acquire advanced learning on accounting tools.
* Working knowledge of MS Office which includes MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint.
* Must have a solid understanding of Banking markets, accounting, research skills, and communication skills.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Responsible for all the automation projects of the treasury department
(FinTech is mandatory required)
2. Check all company payments from the AP team, and arrange for the payments
transfers and give a daily report.
3. Follow up the collections with all shipping lines and give a daily
collection report.
4. Provide daily bank reconciliations and bank position.
5. Handling monthly reconciliations and follow up with all bank accounts.
6. Responsible for the petty cash of the company.
7. Reviewing the Aging for AP and AR aligning with their departments
8. Create a monthly cash flow statement, actual and a projection for full
year Forecast.
9. Creating treasury bills, time deposits…etc. as well as having a target on
creating non- operating income.
10. Creating a wide base of professional relations with financial
institutions to facilitate the flow of work.
11. Responsible of ad-hoc requests such as Filing tax Returns.
