We are looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to act as single point
of contact for people management across Saudi Arabia. Individual would be
required to drive the implementation of SNZMP strategy and enable decision-
making in the areas of leadership, talent management, succession planning,
change management, work force planning, performance management, employee
engagement, by building and sustaining relationships with all levels of the
Opco team.
Role Accountabilities:
* Drive SNZMP P &C strategy for the business, taking into consideration the business / global imperative
* Build & sustain relationships at all levels to effectively drive people processes
* Work closely with line managers to identify the P&C implications arising from local business strategies and resolve them in accordance with company policies, procedures, and practices
* Drive efficient change management in relation to the people agenda as & when required in the organization
* Act as a centre of excellence for SNZMP on talent management & succession planning process to ensure that the necessary bench strength is developed
* Drive the capability planning & execution process through a structured development framework
* Drive the organizational values framework & lead engagement plans in the organisation.
* Critically evaluate local people processes regularly & bring in required improvements
* Ensure key performance indicators are continuously improved to capture effectiveness of people processes
* Cascade Fonterra's strategic direction, inspire and motivate teams to lift performance and work together towards clear team and individual goals that deliver LTA
You would possess the following:
* BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field.
* A minimum of 8 years ' experience in People & Culture with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
