JOB LOCATION: Saudi Arabia ( Saudi Nationals Preferred )
Job Objective: To Identify, research, evaluate, and pursue business
development opportunities that will contribute to the organization's short and
long-term business goals.
Day to Day Operations:
* Generate, Identify, initially evaluate, and refer business opportunities to Alliances, Sales and Client Care as relevant. For example, sales opportunities, projects, consulting engagements, partnerships, alliances, or acquisitions that will contribute to the organization's short and long-term business goals.
* Manage the market research or analysis of assigned projects; evaluate findings, prepare reports, and make recommendations to the management about the viability of these and any alternative opportunities.
* Ensures that Injazat Brand standards are being used appropriately internally and externally to provide a consistent, credible, relevant, and current image of Injazat.
* Drive the development of the Injazat brand in the KSA in line with the strategy.
Strategic/Technical:
* Establish the foundation of long-term professional relationships with potential clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to promote the organization's products and services.
* Identify opportunities within Injazat, its vendors or its business partners which will allow for the development of complementary processes, services, and technical support models through a sell-with or sell-to market approach
* Develop joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives with partners and drive into the field
Operational:
* Elicits, documents, and manage requirements to ensure that the products / solutions meet the business needs of Injazat's existing and new customers.
* Assess business requirements, conduct gap analysis, document findings, and develop value proposition
* Provide data on additions to or deviations from standard offering and corporate technology standards
* Build reputation of team player, productivity, and excellence
* Share knowledge with sales pursuit teams to consider during sales pursuit and development
* Demonstrate political awareness
* Recognize business conflict and agreement with power base to avoid political landmines
* Work with Injazat's sales team to develop new opportunities
* Support/participate in customer meetings to develop relationships and learn prospect's business
* Target and prioritize prospects across all industries within specific territory, build sales plan that align objectives to target and grow Injazat' business.
* Conduct research and market analysis of potential opportunities within defined territory
* Recommend target markets/accounts/industries for pursuit
* Plan approach and prioritize target prospects
* Support responses to client requests for proposals (RFPs) and develop account specific solutions with sales and bid teams
* Apply region-specific information and tools such as: sales processes, competitive insights, sales best practices/lesson learned from opportunity reviews, working with third party intermediaries during pursuits and clients' needs for business solutions within targeted industries.
Continuous Improvement
* Motivate one's team members and identify opportunities to take part in change initiatives, programs and projects that reflect international best practice and changes in the competitive environment.

* Recommend improvements to departmental policy and directs the implementation of procedures and controls so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers.

Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
* Master's degree is preferred
Minimum Experience:
* ‎12 - ‎15 years' experience in Marketing, Sales or Business Development Function
* Minimum ‎5 years of Saudi experience preferred
Preferably experienced in working with national or international organizations
in the context of IT/High Tech and Services.
