Description: • Responsible to secure that the workflow in the total
organisation is efficient by coordinating with concerned managers to develop
routines that cross organisational and departmental borders and make the total
processes of the business as simple and efficient as possible • Responsible to
describe and implement the levels of authority in the organisation that each
manager role should have so that a sufficient level of control is achieved •
Secure that the store operating procedures are well documented and updated
regularly to reflect the current business practices • Establish a multiyear
business plan for the areas you are responsible for and drive this together
with the stores • Follow-up and communicate the KPI's within your area of
responsibility to the country manager and to the store managers • Continuously
secure the level of know how around administrative routines by running regular
training sessions with all new managers in the organisation so they fully
understand their role and responsibility • Secure that the working methods in
the business processes are aligned and supported by the IT systems. You take
responsibility to write hand books on how to use the IT systems and if
necessary you write change requests to secure that that the IT systems and
business processes are working together • Secure that in each store there are
super users appointed and trained so the level of competence is up held •
Ensuring the competence development, training and succession planning for the
employees in your department • Responsible to provide Training & Development
Department with required Administration guidelines or training
material/courses that will country & stores develop their Administration
capabilities
Required Experience: - B.A Business Administration or any related field.
- ‎2-‎5 years of retail experience preferable large scale retail organisation -
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills - Must have excellent
communication and interpersonal skills - Must be able to share knowledge and
learning - Must be able to build working relationships - Must have proven
leadership abilities and lead by example - Must have the ability to bring out
the best in co-workers and to motivate and develop the organisation - Must
have the ability to create an environment where the company values are a
strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and
visitors - Must be able to lead and coach a group of people that are highly
qualified specialists in their areas of competence - Large interest in details
and ability to write instructions and routines that are easily understood by
different levels of co workers and managers in a simple language
