ABOUT THE JOB
Purpose:
Manage microbiological lab operations and perform testing for all incoming
materials, finished goods and environmental samples. Ensure results are being
timely communicated with relevant internal and external stakeholders. Lead
Integrated pest management activity on sites, coordinate with IPM provider and
internal departments and implement all improvement actions highlighted during
site visits and audits.
Accountabilities:
* Ensure Fonterra microbiological testing QRD and GPIL is being implemented for all product categories.
* Be a part of Regional micro community and participate in all regional initiatives.
* Work closely with approved thirdy party laboratory for finished goods testing and results reporting. Maintain records of all products reports.
* Ensure availability of micro lab consumables.
* Conduct raw materials, finished goods and environment swabbing as per Quality Plans and Environment Pathogen Plan.
* Escalate any deviations in results with relevant stakeholders in timely manner.
* Work closely with IMP provider and ensure implementation of Fonterra pest management QRD across SNZMP site.
* Conduct pest management audit on site and work with internal departments to implement improvement plan.
ABOUT YOU
You would possess the following:
Qualification: Bachelor of Science in Microbiology
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in Dairy or Food Industry
microbiological lab operations
Skills: RCA and CAPA Management, Problem Solving, MS Office
Other: Valid Saudi Iqama required
