Overview


We are seeking an Employee Experience Advisor to join the Management
Development Services Division (MDSD).
MDSD is responsible for supporting the growth and development of professionals
and management across Saudi Aramco by securing a healthy pipeline of capable
leaders. This is accomplished through a variety of World Class Executive
Programs, our Talent Assessment and Coaching Center and our Employee
Experience Program where we focus on managing all corporate and programmatic
efforts to improve the employee experience at Saudi Aramco including but not
limited to a focus on employee engagement and well-being.
The Employee Experience Advisor's primary role is to manage a series of
activities and projects related to improving employee experience (employee
well-being and employee engagement). This includes but is not limited to
support in conducting surveys, understanding, analyzing and reporting employee
engagement and well-being data results and insights, and working in
partnership with key internal and external business stakeholders to develop
and execute action plans focused on enhancing the employee experience at Saudi
Aramco.


Key Responsibilities



  • Design and deliver tools and resources to support leaders and champions to improve employee experience based on in depth analysis of data and in alignment with company strategy

  • Manage and assist delivery of projects and activities focused on enhancing employee experience

  • Understand and build awareness of the strategic importance of employee experience (business impact and best practices)

  • Review and analyze survey results; advise leaders and other stakeholders on action plans (based on survey insights and best practices)

  • Design and deliver in-person / virtual training for leaders and champions to address behaviors and competencies required to drive stronger employee experience

  • Work effectively independently and as part of a team; collaborate with other professionals

  • Assist in other divisional activities either directly or indirectly related to employee experience


Minimum Requirements


Education:
* Bachelor degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
* Advanced degree in Human Resources is preferred


Experience:
* ‎6 to ‎10 years of experience in human resources with exposure to employee experience, well-being, and engagement strategies, initiatives, and technologies
* Facilitation, report writing and presentations (in-person and virtual)
* Familiarity with emerging employee experience, well-being and engagement tools and technology
* Ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships at all levels of the organization
* Ability to creatively problem solve; familiarity with Design Thinking approaches
* High proficiency in Project Management approaches and tools
* High proficiency in Microsoft applications and tools (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel,)
* High proficiency in English language (Level-‎3 written and verbal)
