Responsibilities
* Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
* Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
* Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
* Providing technical support across the hotel (this may be in person or over the phone)
* Setting up accounts for new users
* Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
* Testing new technology
* Possibly training other staff
Requirements and skills
* 3+ year experience as an IT Officer, in a 5 star hotel.
* Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays.
* Good understanding of current IT security and Data protection standards.
* A demonstrated passion for learning new technologies
