* reparation of revenue to be recognized on lump-sum projects in line with SOX / GAAP requirements. E
* xpense approvals; to check correct coding for expenses & make sure proper approvals are in place to ensure correct classification. U
* tilization; Monthly review of direct employees' utilization and reporting.

* reparation of Budget & backup. P
* reparation of Forecast & backup. P
* repare Cash forecasts: Rolling forecast with true-up . C
* ollaborate in determining/forecasting bonding requirements.

* ollow up on a weekly basis of A.R.: P
* ro-activity in identifying problem accounts and developing corresponding action plans and follow-ups. P
* reparation of at least monthly reviews with the country Vice President and Controller (Finance). P
* reparation of AR report with up-to-date comments and supplementary reports (e.g. Invoice detail, payments schedule, reconciliations). M
* aintenance of reconciliation between amounts invoiced, accounts receivable and collections.

* et-up new projects (PIF) and prepare the necessary checklist, ensuring availability on the shared drive network.

* erform other duties/prepare other reports as required by Finance/ Senior Management, including but not limited to: O
