The Job Opportunity
Subject to contract award, Serco Saudi Arabia (SSA) will be acting as a
managing agent that is responsible for a project that will act and serve as a
luxurious tourist destination. KSA is a key focus for Serco Middle East and
our goals are aligned to the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
The key purpose for this role will be to manage the service operators of the
following transport modes:
Air (Private Planes & Helicopter, etc.) Sea (Marine fleet & water taxis, sea
freight etc.) Land - Road (cycle, cars, buggy, buses etc.) Land- Logistics
(vans, staff buses etc.)
Key accountabilities Pro-actively supporting the Head of Contract Management
in the development, global best practice benchmarking and application of core
financial analysis procedures and standards as a major component of contract
deliverables for the client Provide Financial Analysis subject matter
expertise across internal and external project stakeholders either according
to the strategic plan or in response to entity request Support the matrixed
organization in the effective delivery of complex contract deliverables across
financial aspects of Lifecycle Planning practice, etc Produce evidence-based
research into financial aspects of Lifecycle Planning processes and systems
Act as Head of Contract Management’s representative and subject matter expert
where applicable and agreed Provide Financial Modelling expertise and tools
Development of incentives and financial tools Engage and maintain close
working relationships within Serco’s team in order to optimize O&M; best
practices.
What we are looking for in our candidates: Experience in development and
implementation of best practice standards and processes Experience of working
internationally (preference for Middle East / KSA) Excellent verbal and
written communication skills Good technical understanding and background is
advantageous Strong planning and control experience.
Specific Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field Bachelor of
Science / Engineering, accountancy, business or law from an accredited
university Further degree and/ or professional accountancy accreditations
preferred Membership of professional accountancy bodies preferred
