HR Partner - KSA
Location: Riyad, Saudi Arabia
Contract: Full Time
Johnson & Johnson has an immediate opening for HR Partner - KSA role
which will be based in Riyad.
Overall, Purpose of this Job:
This professional will be responsible to support the portfolio of HR within
the sector/ business to reach business goals, enterprise, and sector HR
strategies and to support driving HR agenda for Saudi while working closely
with the country HR Lead and the business to drive talent agenda, develop and
maintain HR projects and initiatives. HR Partner will be involved in driving
growth and sustainability in terms of talent, culture, business strategy &
innovation, in order to support the business goals, aligned with our
Leadership Imperatives & Live our Credo.
The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:
* Partnering with country HR Lead to define cultural, engagement and change initiatives and implementation plans including leading projects.
* Support country HR Lead to Identify critical business capability needs and partner with business leaders to develop and execute appropriate strategies to strengthen the organization.
* Support leaders through one-to-one leadership coaching to strengthen leadership capability
* Define organizational principles that enable delivery of individual and organizational performance outcomes.
* Finding Innovative plans to develop work environment in alignment with country HR lead & sector management.
Driving Talent Agenda:
* Develop & Drive talent agenda in partnership with stakeholders to grow diverse leadership talent.
* Work closely with the Business Leadership team and leaders to provide coaching, talent support and organizational support.
* Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure best-in-class talent are attracted for key positions.


Qualifications

Required:
* ‎3 up to ‎4 years professional HR experience.
* Indirect leadership experience - Relationship management, excellent coaching, and collaboration skills.
* Embodies strong interpersonal, consultative and facilitation skills.
* Collaborative partner with a strong drive to create a positive and inspiring work environment, especially during times of change.
* Excellent HR operations and hands-on experience in HR processes & Policies and knowledge of local Legal Aspects.
* Experience delivering integrated HR solutions, balancing voice of customer, short- and long term needs to achieve business goal.
* KSA National Riyadh based.
